Reseller Terms of Sale
Payment:
Orders may be placed with credit card, personal or company check. Sorry, we can not accept your customer's credit card for payment.
Shipping:
You may choose to have the items shipped to you or drop-shipped directly to your customer. Dealer is responsible for all shipping costs. Any shipping charges will be added to the order.
Credits/Exchanges:
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If you or your customer are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a store credit or exchange it for any other merchandise within 30 days. All sales of custom-built items are final and may not be exchanged or returned for credit.
Warranty:
All Skyway Security products come with a 2 year warranty and are serviced directly by us. Other non-Skyway products include the standard warranty offered by the manufacturer and are serviced directly from the manufacturer. If an item is defective during the warranty period, Skyway will replace or repair it at our option. Dealer or Customer will be responsible for shipping charges.
